My Story

 Hi, I'm Masha!

I was born and raised in Ukraine and moved to the US nearly 10 years ago. Since then, my diet & lifestyle drastically changed (transformation photos ).

Just LIKE YOU, I used to struggle with indigestion, cravings, mood swings, low energy, and brain fog. But what became a start of my health journey and TRUE PASSION is my battle with cystic acne and severe hormonal issues (I had an ovarian cyst rupture while working, the pain was excruciating!).

Why I Decided to become a Nutritional Therapist?

The conventional medicine provided only temporarily symptoms relief with pain killers and THE PILL (sounds familiar?). That's when I started looking for sustainable & holistic ways to help my body heal.

First, I adjusted my diet: removed dairy & gluten, and reduced sugar intake (effective results instantly!).

Next, I implemented a healthier lifestyle: work outs suitable for me (Pilates, Yoga, cycling), mindfulness practices, self-development, positive thinking.

I want to also mention my dear husband's love & support that played a big role in my health and career journey. He truly wanted to help me heal and one day brought home a business card of a local Functional Female Health Doctor! She helped me dive into my symptoms & deficiencies and address the root causes through shifts in NUTRITION, LIFESTYLE & MINDSET.

I saw drastic improvements in my wellbeing and my views on healthy lifestyle have changed forever!

Eventually, I realized that I want to share this life-changing science-based knowledge & intrinsic wisdom with other women who are also confused and struggling with the same symptoms I once did.

After experiencing my own health struggles and discovering the power of personalized nutrition, I decided to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Now, I'm dedicated to helping other women achieve their health goals through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

And since the start of my own health journey (that I'm still on!), I was able to improve all my symptoms.

Now I can enjoy my relationships with my husband, family & friends, and most importantly myself again!

Before... & After I Changed My Nutrition and Lifestyle
(no hormonal drugs!)

Here's Nutritional Therapy in action.

I was able to improve my gut health, cystic acne & hormonal balance as well as energy levels, mood & brain functioning to be confident & productive in both

personal life & business!
